HOMES was founded in 2004 and is located in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province—known as the “Valve Capital of China.” The company operates a standardized manufacturing facility of over 60,000 square meters and employs a skilled workforce supported by more than 20 professional engineers. As a one-stop sourcing supplier of kitchen and bathroom products, HOMES integrates research and development, design, production, sales, and customer service. It has been recognized as an “Excellent Growth Enterprise” by the Yuhuan government for multiple consecutive years.
HOMES continues to expand its global manufacturing footprint. In 2019, the company acquired a faucet manufacturing facility established in 2002, and in 2024, it established a branch factory in Vietnam covering 10,500 square meters. In 2026, HOMES is further strengthening its global presence by establishing a U.S. office to support sales, customer service, and market development. These developments enhance its production capacity, customer support capabilities, and global supply network.
Driven by continuous innovation, HOMES has established a comprehensive manufacturing system, including in-house workshops for forging, die-casting, injection molding, precision machining, polishing, and surface treatment. The company maintains strict quality control standards, with all key components approved through the PPAP process and production fully aligned with the ISO 9001 quality management system. Advanced ERP systems ensure efficient production control and traceability.
HOMES places strong emphasis on research and development as a key driver of growth and has obtained multiple patents supporting its product innovation and engineering capabilities. The company is committed to international quality standards and customer satisfaction, implementing structured corrective and preventive actions through 8D reporting to ensure continuous improvement. With approximately 85% of production automated, HOMES achieves high efficiency and consistent quality.

Its anti-fingerprint PVD surface treatment enhances product durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning, while enabling flexible color customization. The company also operates a 1,800 kW photovoltaic power system, supporting energy efficiency and improving production stability and on-time delivery performance. Certain products, such as electric towel racks, achieve energy savings of up to 50–60% compared to similar products.
